Silent Auction

Do you have a holiday house that you love to visit? Do you own a business which provides unique experiences?

As part of the 180 year celebration dinner, we will be hosting a silent auction.  We really need your help to make this evening a successful fundraiser for our Outdoor Learning Space. We have had some generous donations provided and we are also looking for families who are willing to donate a weekend at their holiday homes or an experience for people to bid on. Any donations would be greatly appreciated no matter how bit or small! Simply drop your donation into Lee-Anne in the office.

Don’t forget, tickets are on sale now to join the celebration dinner. You can purchase a table of ten or individual tickets by going to www.trybooking.com/BEPRU

When booking individual tickets, you will be given a drop down box to select a table. These options include:

– Individual Learning Communities (BLC, JLC, MLC or SLC)

– Your own pre-arranged table of 10: please indicate a table captain (the person who has organised the table)

Father’s Day Stall

Wow, it is already part way through term three and what an exciting term we have full of upcoming events.

Sweet Treat Day: Wednesday 14th August: The P & F have been hard at work behind the scenes to bring the school another sweet treats day. A fun favourite to look forward to throughout the school terms. Order forms have been sent home with students and will be due this Friday 9th of August. Please keep an eye out for these.

Father’s Day Stall: 28-29 August: With Father’s Day coming up early next month, what better way than to show all the dads how much we appreciate them than with the Father’s Day Stall. This will be held on the 28th and 29th August for students to get their father’s a little something special. Booklets will be sent home with students later this month so start making a list of all those purchases!

School Disco: Friday 20th September (Week 9): It is time to put on those dancing shoes ready for the School Disco. This will be held on Friday 20th September with more information to follow closer to the time.

Second Hand Uniform Sale: Week 10: Given the support and success of the last Second Hand Uniform Sale we will be holding another one in Week 10 ready for the summer season. We would like to put a call out for anyone who has any second hand uniforms they would like to donate. These can be dropped to Lee-Anne at the front office any time.
